Stuart Models is the oldest company in the world still producing a range of model steam engines. The business was established in 1898 with the founding principals of quality, service and commitment which have, to this very day, remained unchanged. We carry the full Stuart Models product range and can assist in the ordering of their Plastow range of steam traction engines.
Myford Ltd. is a veritable legend in the model engineering community with their excellent Series 7 lathes. We carry they full line of Super 7 Plus lathes and accessories and can assist you in putting together the model engineering lathe of your dreams.
Sherline Products manufactures a complete line of miniature lathes and vertical milling machines. We offer a 10% discount off list price for all Sherline products and we will attempt to match any advertised price.
February 1, 2003 - The new year has brought about some changes in the pricing structure of some our product line. We were forced to raise the prices on Stuart Models kits and accessories due to several factors: the weakening of the US Dollar in the world market, an increase in import shipping costs due to recent world events and most significantly, Stuart Models decision to increase their prices for a second year in a row. Happily, the prices of our Machine Tools and Hand Tools will remain the same.
We sincerely apologize for the price increase, but in order to continue to supply the US market with these fine engine kits we had no choice. We have updated our online catalog and downloadable price list with the new prices, which take effect immediately. To download the latest price list, right-click on the link below and select "Save":
October 16, 2002 - The first stage of our web site update is complete. We have rewritten all of our catalog pages to conform to the latest web design recommendations for compatability with today's web browsers and those coming out in the future. We still have several product pictures in work to fill the holes in our accessories and books pages. These should be online soon.
We have also updated our price list due to the fact that Stuart Models ended their special promotion on kits with accessories. For now, accessories are not included with the fully machined and ready-to-run kits.
